Privately owned and operated, Physical Rehabilitation Group, LLC opened its doors in 2005. Our close proximity to local physicians allows a good working relationship and open communication.

Since 2005 we have opened 8 offices across South Carolina to better meet our patients' needs. Our goal is to restore the independence of our patients without difficulty or pain by using the safest and most effective physical therapy techniques available.

About David

David Pegram, PT, MBA, ATC, President of Physical Rehabilitation Group, LLC, is a licensed physical therapist as well as a certified Athletic Trainer. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University. He continued his education by attending The University of North Carolina where he completed his Master of Physical Therapy degree and became a Certified Athletic Trainer. He then proceeded to complete his MBA at Brenau University in Georgia. David has been practicing for 11 years. His areas of expertise include Professional Development, Sports Medicine, Multi Cervical Unit Evaluations, Spinal Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy, and Dry Needle Trigger Point Injections. He has also developed a protocol for the treatment of Headaches and Neck Pain. Though he currently serves as president of the company, David still spends many hours every week involved in direct patient care throughout South Carolina. The combination of experience, education, and a passion for the treatment of his patients translates into an effective, systematic approach to rehabilitation that is demonstrated in the outcomes of his patients. His philosophy is to ensure the patient has the most complete physical therapy experiences possible. A philosophy that he instills in all those that work for him.
