    We accept most commercial insurances, Medicare, Medicare Replacement, Medicaid, Tricare, and Tricare for Life.

  • Can I drive myself to therapy?

    Do what is recommended by your doctor.

  • How long should my therapy session last?

    It usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour.

  • What should I expect during my first visit?

    The therapist will do an evaluation and discuss your individual treatment and specific exercise.

  • How often do I have to do exercises?

    It varies case by case. Each patient’s therapy is based on the physical therapist’s recommendation.

  • Will I get better if I only do the exercises at my appointments and not at home?

    No. It is recommended to follow the physical therapist’s instructions.

  • Do I have to pay at the time of visit?

    Yes, you are responsible for any deductible, copayment and/or coinsurance per visit.

  • What should I wear to my therapy session?

    You should wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Make sure your clothing will allow the therapist to treat/access the injured area. Don’t wear flip-flops.
