It varies case by case. Each patient’s therapy is based on the physical therapist’s recommendation.
Will I get better if I only do the exercises at my appointments and not at home?
No. It is recommended to follow the physical therapist’s instructions.
Do I have to pay at the time of visit?
Yes, you are responsible for any deductible, copayment and/or coinsurance per visit.
What should I wear to my therapy session?
You should wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Make sure your clothing will allow the therapist to treat/access the injured area. Don’t wear flip-flops.
